the Secretary's and Iraqi Prime Minister Mailiki's letters to
the UNSC, November 20 to MFA officer Matin Karimli. Karimli
was grateful for the advance notice of the resolution. He
affirmed that the GOAJ was not reconsidering its
participation in the Multinational Force-Iraq (MNF-I).
Karimli said that his superior would review the draft text
