¶1. Embassy Baghdad requests country clearance for the
following personnel to travel to Abu Dhabi for the purpose of
engaging Gulf country counterparts on support for Government
of Iraq (GOI) outreach efforts to Anbar province.

¶3. Request that hotel reservations be made at the U.S.
Embassy Abu Dhabi rate within per diem at the same location
as Margaret Scobey delegation. Mr. Chretien will be part of
that delegation.
¶4. Delegation will arrive UAE November 11, 2006
approximately 1800 hours and will depart November 13, 2006 at
approximately 0900 hours via Military Aircraft. Meetings are
scheduled for November 12.
