Embassy Baghdad requests country clearance for the following personnel to travel to Abu Dhabi for the purpose of engaging Gulf country counterparts on support for Government of Iraq (GOI) outreach efforts to Anbar province. ¶2. Request that hotel reservations be made at the U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi rate within per diem for all travelers. Travelers will require transportation to and from meetings on November 12.
