(C) Polcouns delivered reftel points to Iraqi Deputy Foreign
Minister Mohammed Bidan on October 8. Bidan stated that Iraq
has the same concerns as we do about the potential nuclear
test and that Iraq "will not accept" a North Korea with
nuclear abilities. Bidan concluded by saying Iraq would
strongly condemn a North Korean nuclear test.
