1. (U) Per reftel, Post delivered subject demarche to
Ambassador Rallis, MFA D1 Directorate of the UN,
International Organizations, and Disarmament.
2. (U) Ambassador Rallis informed poloff that FM Dora
Bakoyianni will likely not represent Greece at the High Level
Dialogue (HLD) on Migration given competing priorities.
Rallis will inform poloff once a HLD head of delegation is
identified. Rallis did not comment on GoG's position
regarding the HLD or a possible sustained global "forum" on
migration. Post will report any future GoG response.
