Post reviewed UNFPA's draft country program for Paraguay.
While the document offers some interesting proposals, the
lack of details precludes our ability to offer in-depth
analysis and comments. Very general in nature, the program
does not identify the intended results/objectives of each
section nor how results will be measured. The program
authors also did not indicate how they would spend the
requested funds, which are in excess of USD 77 million.
Post, therefore, is not/not in a position to offer specific
comments or recommendations on how they will accomplish this
project.
