requesting Human Rights Vetting, in accordance with the Leahy
Amendment, of the units listed below that will be
participating in DoD sponsored training 05 September through
30 November. Post has no credible information of human
rights violations by any of these persons. Post is
requesting expeditious review in light of the short window of
approval by Friday, 1 September. Post apologizes for the
short notice as ODC recently provided the names.
