DIALOGUE ON INTERNATIONAL MIGRATION AND DEVELOPMENT

On 7/31, PolOff discussed reftel points with Julio Peralta,
the MFA's Office Director for International Organizations.
Peralta stated that he will discuss this issue with his
colleagues at the UN. He addressed that there is still no
word yet on who will represent Paraguay during this meeting.
Post will forward any substantive response septel. (NOTE:
Peralta is being reassigned to the Paraguay's Mission to the
UN in three weeks. His replacement, Terumi Matsuo, is
currently at Paraguay's Mission to the UN and also will
assume her new position in three weeks. End Note.)
