On 6/15, PolOff delivered non-paper on the United Nations
Security Council Resolution 1540 to Luis Benitez Rodriguez,
the MFA's United Nations Desk Officer. Benitez stated that
Paraguay supports and is fully committed to the
implementation of Resolution 1540 and 1673. He also made
reference to the GOP submittal of its national report in 2004
and GOP comments submitted in September 2005.
