Embassy passed reftel points regarding the UNSCR Obligations on DPRK
Conventional Arms via an English-language diplomatic note to the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs on November 8. No Russian language
translation was provided by the Department, and because of the
sensitive nature of the demarche request, post was not able to make
a local translation. Post has not historically received a response
to a demarche cable dipnote that was not translated into Russian,
but any substantive response will be reported septel.
