Organizations Department Head Deha Erpek on September 14.
Erpek noted that the Turkish delegation is attending the NAM
summit as "guests," with no official status observer status,
although he presumed the delegation would have opportunities
for informal discussion and lobbying. He undertook to pass
the points immediately to the Turkish mission in Havana, as
well as to other appropriate missions and offices.
