(C) We delivered reftel dipnote and points to the Turkish
MFA's Human Rights Department August 11. The GOT is still
collating information on candidatures for various committees
and has not yet made any decisions to support or not support
any particular candidate for the Human Rights Committee or
any other committee. The Human Rights Department undertook
to share the dipnote and CV with the MFA's United Nations
Department and they will inform us when they have made a
decision.
