PolOff delivered reftel demarche to Mohammad Quran'an, the
acting chief of the Foreign Ministry's International
Organizations bureau, on August 8. Quran'an indicated
understanding of the U.S. position, and said he would pass
the information to the Jordanian delegation in New York. The
Foreign Ministry has not yet identified who would be the
Jordanian representative to the High Level Dialogue in
September.
