(SBU) Poloff delivered Ref A demarche April 27 to Jamal
Al-Shamayleh, Deputy Chief of the Foreign Ministry's
International Organizations Department. Shamayleh said that
the Vice Chairman of the Jordanian Armed Forces, Major
General Muta'b Al-Zaben, and the Director of Military
Intelligence, Brigadier General Khallaf Al-Shara'a, would
attend the June 2006 Proliferation Security Initiative (PSI)
High-Level Political Meeting in Warsaw (Ref B),and that
Foreign Minister Abdelelah Al-Khatib will identify a
diplomatic delegate soon.
