Arab League's envoy to Iraq (ref A),will address the Iraqi
Islamic Reconciliation Summit in Amman on April 22 (ref B),
according to Suleiman Arabiyat, a staffer in the Foreign
Ministry's Arab Department. Post will report further on the
Iraqi Islamic Reconciliation Summit as more information
