(SBU) Poloff delivered reftel demarche February 13 to Jamal
Al-Shamayleh, deputy chief of the Foreign Ministry's
International Organizations Department, and Akram Harahsheh
of the Foreign Ministry's Legal Department. Shamayleh noted
the Turkish-hosted PSI exercise (Anatolian Deer) and the
Polish-hosted PSI meeting to be held this Summer, and
welcomed the Department's undertaking to respond in March to
Jordan's request for PSI-related training and assistance.
