¶1. (SBU) PolChief passed reftel points to MFA Director for
International Organizations and Conferences Yacub Al-Hosani
on October 16. Al-Hosani, with whom we have discussed the
North Korean issue frequently, offered no immediate comment.
¶2. (SBU) On October 17, Charge also shared reftel demarche
with MFA Acting Under Secretary Tariq Al-Haidan, who said he
appreciated receiving these points.
