A) to inquiries raised ref B and can now report that the MFA
has formally advised us via diplomatic note that the UAE
delegation to the August 31 conference in Stockholm will be
led by Minister of State for Financial and Industrial Affairs
Dr. Mohammed Khalfan bin Kharbash. Post notes that the
Swedish Embassy in Abu Dhabi has also been actively engaged
in seeking UAE participation.
