International Organizations Department Chief Valery
Mkrtumyan. Mkrtumyan said that the GOAM is committed to
non-proliferation and will likely support this resolution.
As the GOAM has not co-sponsored similar resolutions in
previous years, Mkrtumyan said that GOAM co-sponsorship was
unlikely.
