Pol-Econ Counselor raised reftel information with Scott
Sheeran, Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
Trade. Sheeran said that he believed that the Third
Additional Protocol has been adopted. New Zealand voted for
the protocol. Sheeran said he would appreciate any
background information we could share about the vote.
