Pol-Econ Couns raised reftel request with Taha Macpherson,
Senior Policy Officer in the Security Policy Division (SPD)
at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Macpherson
confirmed that Stephen Harris, Deputy Chief of Mission at New
Zealand's Embassy in Berlin, will attend the meeting. Harris
will be fully briefed by SPD.
