Invitation was sent on April 11, 2005. ¶2. The following response was received at the Embassy on August 2, 2005 from Glen Singleton, Director, Information Systems Security, CCIP. Begin text: "Dear Katherine Thank you kindly for the invitation to participate in the United States National Cyber Exercise, Cyber Storm, from the National Cyber Security Division of the Department of Homeland Security. Please accept our apologies for the delayed reply, which was due to an internal management change.
