Poloff delivered ref B demarche points and related circular
text to Wen Powles, Deputy Director of the United Nations,
Human Rights and Commonwealth Division at New Zealand's
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) on June 8.
Powles provided no immediate response, nor has the GoNZ
responded subsequently. When POLOFF delivered demarche
points, Powles was not confident that the GoNZ would be able
to respond by June 17.
