1. The Ambassador delivered reftel points regarding
coordination of assistance to promote democracy in Belarus to
MFA Political Director Zygimantas Pavilionis and Renatas
Juska of the MFA Political Planning Department, among others,
at a gathering of high-level representative of Europe's donor
countries, in Trakai, Lithuania, on September 7.
