¶2. (U) We believe it would be useful and convenient to offer
periodically the Terrorism Finance training course somewhere
in Europe. We would also encourage our colleagues from the
Department and other involved USG agencies to visit Lithuania
and meet with local officials to discuss how to enhance our
already strong working relationship with the GOL on this
issue.
