1. Post conveyed reftel talking points December 12 to Thomas Jakl, Head of the Agriculture and Environment Ministry's Chemical Policy Department and to Sylvia Hofinger, Head of the Ministry of Economy's Enterprise Policy Department.
2. Jakl assured us that the GoA would carefully consider U.S. concerns before the December 13 EU Council meeting. He added that the GoA did not expect any major changes from the current proposal before the Council meeting.
