¶1. Econ Unit Chief delivered reftel demarche November 17 to
Georg Woutsas, Counsellor in the MFA's Transport Department.
Woutsas, along with Viktor Siegl from the Ministry of
Transportation, will represent Austria at the November
21-December 2 International Maritime Organization (IMO)
Assembly. Woutsas said the GoA would support the USG
candidacy for re-election to the IMO Council in Category "A."
