1. (S) On December 23, Post delivered reftel points
concerning the USG intention to amend its previous
designation of Lashkar e-Tayyiba (LET) to Eric Ligthart,
Deputy Director, Financial Integrity Department, Dutch
Ministry of Finance (MOF). The MOF will forward the
information provided to the Dutch Intelligence and Security
Services (AIVD). On December 27, Post also notified Foreign
Ministry officials Joost van Ettro, Policy Officer, Terrorism
and New Threats Unit, Political Affairs Department, and Alle
Dorhout, Senior Policy Officer, European Integration
Department.


2. (S) Post will follow up and report on any substantive
information received from or actions taken by the GONL.
