On 11/13 the Tegucigalpa-based liberal daily "La Tribuna" published an untitled cartoon where a ragged man with holes in his clothes and disheveled hair appears saying "Let's see . . . now don't tell me, let me guess. You brought me new treats?" To the man's right appears only the enlarged leg and shiny shoe of Ambassador Charles Ford. ¶2. On 11/12 the San Pedro Sula daily "La Prensa" published a cartoon entitled: "Another Record." There are two caricatures: one who is running away carrying a torch inscribed with the number 182, he is also wearing the Cuban flag on his shirt and above him is the sentence: "`Olympic Record' for voting against the U.S. embargo against Cuba."
