(SBU) This is an Action request for PM/WRA and DTRA: Post requests that the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) provide the Government of Honduras (GOH) with Physical Security and Stockpile Management Program (PSSMP) seminars. Post received a formal request from Minister of Defense Federico Breve Travieso for the PSSMP seminars as offered by the DTRA component of the Small Arms Light Weapons (SA/LW) ordnance destruction team. Post has also informed Minister of Public Security Oscar Alvarez (police) and the Attorney General Leonidas Rosa Bautista (prosecutors) of the seminars and both expressed interest in members of their organizations participating as well, as they hold seized weapons and ammunition. ¶2. (SBU) As of yet, GOH has not requested destruction of any excess ordnance. Post is working with the GOH on this issue. Williard
