¶1. The Ambassador spoke by telephone with Dominican Foreign
Minister Carlos Morales Troncoso, who is currently visiting
Spain with President Leonel Fernandez. The Foreign Minister
said that he would have instructions issued to the Dominican
delegation to support the U.S. position.
