The reftel requested information on Embassy's Terrorism
Finance Coordination Officer follows:

809-731-4205, kubiskel@state.gov
b) Deputy TFCO - Stephen Wheeler, Economic Officer,
809-731-4293, wheelerss@state.gov
c) Because TFCO's in the region seldom meet, continued
EB/ESC/TFS leadership through regular communications to post
is most useful, as is listserv CT information.
d) While money laundering is a problem in the Dominican
Republic, terrorism finance so far has not been. Deputy TFCO
maintains good government contacts to whom information on
designated terrorist organizations is regularly passed. We
do not see a need at this time for public diplomacy efforts
or community outreach regarding terrorist financing related
issues.
e) The EMBASSY needs to maintain continued, timely access to
information related to combating terrorist financing.
