¶1. EcoPol counselor and poloff raised reftel points on
August 31 with MFA Director for International Affairs Amb.
Michele Cohen, stressing particularly USG concern that issues
of democracy,governance and free trade are inadequately
covered. Cohen had no immediate reply but undertook to
consult further within the ministry.
