Embassy on May 25 delivered a Spanish language translation of
reftel talking points to MFA director of UN/OAS affairs
Michelle Cohen and to Under Secretary of Commerce Marcelo
Puello, regarding the final negotiating session on the UNESCO
convention on cultural diversity. We were unable to elicit
any immediate respone to our demarche.
