She undertook to communicate our position on the anticipated no-action motion on the Belarus resolution to Deputy Foreign Minister Alejandra Liriano, who would decide how the Dominican Republic would vote. We also reiterated the USG interest in Dominican support for the substantive Belarus resolution when it comes up for a vote. She said she would pass along this information. HERTELL
