The Charge d'Affaires and political officer delivered points
on UNGA consideration of a declaration on human cloning
(paras 5-6A reftel) to Deputy Foreign Minister Alejandra
Liriano on March 2, and left the points in Spanish and text
of the resolution in English as non-papers. The Deputy FM
undertook to pass the information to the Dominican UN mission
in New York, but did not provide any immediate substantive
reaction.
