SUBJECT: PERMISSION TO BE ABSENT - NOVEMBER 27-DECEMBER

¶1. Ambassador Craig Kelly requests permission to be
absent from post November 27-December 3, 2005.
¶2. The purpose of the trip is to attend the WHA Chiefs
of Mission Conference and for official consultations
while in Washington.
¶3. Post will fund the transportation costs and the
miscellaneous and incidental expenses. Post will fund
the lodging for the consultation days. WHA will fund
the lodging for the nights of the Chiefs of Mission
Conference.
¶4. DCM Emi Lynn Yamauchi would assume charge during the
Ambassador's absence from post.
