Poloff delivered Reftel to Felix Ulloa, Multilateral Affairs
Officer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on December 6,
¶2005. Ulloa stated that El Salvador continues to support
non-proliferation, arms limitation and disarmament
agreements, and would support the resolution in the plenary
session.
