Environmental Issues and Disasters Miguel Salazar and to the
Ministry's action officer on United Nations issue Felix
Ulloa. ECONOFF spoke to Salazar on September 9, and he
confirmed that his Ministry is studying the issue and will
provide a response, most likely favorable, as soon as
possible.
