Per Ref A instructions, Post requested the GOCR's support for a seat on the World Heritage Committee via Diplomatic Note in July, 2005. ¶2. On October 12, Post received Costa Rican Diplomatic Note DGPE/DPM/AC 886/10/05, officially confirming that Costa Rica will support the U.S. bid. ¶3.
