1. (S/NF) On 12/20/05, EAC met to review security procedures
as required by RefTel A as well information in RefTel's C and

D. Members in attendance were CDA, RSO, POLM, OMC, DAO,
POLE, PD, CONS, LEGATT, AID, FPD and CCE.

2.(S/NF) RSO advised the EAC that appropriate security
measures are in place and host government will not reduce
coverage as a result of the approaching holiday season. CDA
reminded EAC that all holiday gatherings should be
coordinated through the RSO to ensure all functions are
adequately covered by Embassy and ROYG security forces. RSO
advised there is no specific information concerning targeting
of the Embassy or it's but urged all members to be especially
vigilant during the holidays.

3. (S/NF) EAC was advised of the earlier CIWG meeting, RefTel
B, which was convened to discuss information in RefTel C.
RSO and POLM briefed the EAC on the CIWG meeting and it's
recommendation for restricted travel and a Warden message
advising AmCit's about tension between the ROYG and anti-host
government groups in the Marib and Sa'dah Governates. The
EAC agreed that a Warden message was warranted advising all
personnel in the warden system about possible worldwide
threats during the holidays, as noted in RefTel's A and C,
restricted travel of official American's and for all AmCit's
to use extra caution during the Christmas and Eid al-Adha
holidays. Consular agreed to draft a warden message and gain
approval from CA/OCS before dissemination.

4. (SBU) Post EAC will re-assess official travel to the
Governates of Sa'dah and Marib at the end of the holiday
season.
