CDA delivered ref A and B demarches on the Comprehensive
Convention on International Terroism to Foreign Minister
Abubakr Qirbi on July 13. CDA encouraged Qirbi to attend the
late July consultations in New York during his upcoming visit
to the United States. CDA promised to inform Qirbi of the
specific dates of the consultations when announced.
