The Embassy's proposal is intended to make it easier for Embassy and SAG working-level officials to meet in support of the U.S.-KSA Strategic Dialogue working groups meetings. The FM noted in principle with that greater "flexibility" is needed in this area, but said further discussion is required. GFOELLER
