RIGHTS RESOLUTIONS AS A MATTER OF PRINCIPLE

Poloff sent reftel talking points to Veronika Stromsikova,
Director of Czech MFA Human Rights Department, on November 8,
¶2005. Stromsikova confirmed that the Czechs will vote against
all human rights no-action motions as a matter of principle,
and noted the Czechs are co-sponsors on the human rights
resolutions on Iran, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
