(U) On July 14, we delivered reftel points to the Chief of
the Commodity Section Kozak at the Ministry of Agriculture.
Kozak was designated by both the Ministry of Agriculture and
the Ministry of Trade and Industry as the primary point of
contact for the wine negotiations. Kozak stated that the
Czechs have already contributed their comments to the
agreement and expressed agreement with the current wording of
the document. They expect it will be signed in early fall
following the summer break.
