Post delivered reftel points on the UN Democracy Fund to MFA
IO UN Reform action officer Nicolas Kassiandes July 6, noting
that the points supplemented Ambassador Tahir-Kheli's
discussions with IO Director Ripert in Paris in June.
Kassianides said he would share the points with Ripert and
other concerned GoF officials.
