Poloff contacted Arnaud Barthelemy, advisor to MFA Political Direct Stanislas de Laboulaye, June 9 to reiterate the invitation to meet with P5 and G-4 counterparts in New York next week. ¶2. Barthelemy was aware of the proposed meeting, but regretted that because of prior commitments to travel to Luxembourg and the UK, Laboulaye wold not be able to go to New York.
