(C) Poloff delivered reftel demarche to U.S. Desk Officer
Jean-Charles Bou on March 1. Bou had no immediate
substantive reply, but promised to pass the information to
the appropriate authorities so that further logistical
coordination could be arranged for the transfer of all three
French nationals currently held in Guantanamo Bay. Bou
indicated the GOF would contact Post with any further
questions.
