Reftel points were also delivered to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs via diplomatic note, although Harris said that she was instructing the Surinamese delegation, which had already departed Suriname but with whom she was in e-mail contact. She observed that while she understood only ten incumbent candidates were contesting the ten seats in Category A in the council, Suriname appreciated the courtesy of the request. BARNES NNNN
