On October 18, per reftel request, Embassy delivered
talking points to the Surinamese Minister of Trade &
Industry, and the Minister of Agriculture. The Ministers
provided no immediate response but are taking the points
under consideration. Embassy will keep Department apprised
of reaction by the GOS.
